Kaufman Trailers offers Flatbed Tilt Gooseneck trailers with two 10,000 lb., 12,000 lb., or 15,000 lb. dual wheel axles in GVW ratings of 25,000 lb., 30,000 lb., or 38,500 lb. These Deluxe gooseneck trailers combine all our best features with heavy duty frames. The full length of the bed tilts with a self-contained hydraulic pump and dual cylinders. This offers the safest possible loading method for equipment. 30 in. wedge shaped lay-flat ramps make the bed usable for the full 30 ft. of length. All four models are also available in 35 ft. or 40 ft.

The 38,500 GVWR model has two 15,000 lb. axles with Heavy Duty Hutchens suspension and a 14'' I-beam mainframe at 22 PPF. The pierced channel crossmembers upgrade to 4'' on 16'' centers, with a 8'' channel outer rail. A sealed modular wiring harness with lifetime LED lights assures trouble-free lighting on these Flatbed Tilt Gooseneck Trailers.

Kaufman Trailer’s heavy duty Deluxe 38500 GVWR Flatbed Tilt Gooseneck Trailer features a one piece fully tilting deck to eliminate the need for ramps to load your equipment. A self-contained hydraulic pump with dual 3.5 in. cylinders lifts and lowers the bed with power up / power down action. The battery and pump are mounted in their own lockable toolbox with a second lockable toolbox above to carry your chains and binders. The frame is 14'' at 22 lb./ft. high tensile main beams. We use pierced crossmember construction on 16'' centers. The crossmembers upgrade to 4'' channel on this model. The outer rails upgrade from 6'' channel to 8'' channel. There is 27.5' of flatbed with a 2.5' dovetail and 2.5' wedge shaped lay over flat ramps. These ramps, when laid over, make the bed flat for the full 30' bed length. 30' is the standard length with a 14''x22 lb. I-beam frame. 35' and 40' are optional lengths and the frame upgrades to 14''x26 lb. The Two 15K dual wheel electric brake axles feature heavy duty Hutchens style slipper spring suspension, oil bath lubrication, and 17.5 Load Range H Radial tires.
